County, Florida by this instrument revoke my former wills and~ ~
codicils to them and declare this to be my will. ~
FIRST: PAYMENT OF DEBTS AND FUNERAL EXPENSES: I direct the
payment out of my estate of my funerai expenses, the expenses of
my last illness and all just debts as to which there are no
defenses in law or equity at the time ot my death. I also direct
my Personal Representative to pay for my probate estate all costs
of ancillary administration, and all estate and inheritence taxes
that are payable because of my death, even ~hough property that
is included in the determination of a tax does not. pass under
this wi12. In so far as possible, payment shall be made as an
expense of administration without apportionment to anyone and
wiYhout seeking contribution from anyone.
SECOND. BEQUEST OF PERSONALTY. I give the certain items of
the tangible personal property owned by me at the time of my
deat.h to the persons and in the manner described in the last
dated writing made from this purpose and signed by me that is in

~ existence at the time of my death. If there should arise any
~ ambiguity between such separate writing and this Will, the
provisions of this Will shall control. The balance of my
tangible personal property, or all my tangible personal property,
if there be no Memorandum, I give to my children
who survive me, to be divided among them as they may agrQe.
Should they be unable to agree, my Personal Representative shall
have the power to divide said personalty in as nearly equal
- shares as is possible, or sell said personalty and divide the
proceeds among my children. The term "tangible personal
property' shall not be construed to include cash, share of
capital stock of a corporation, partnership interests, bonds,
