THE PERSON AND PROPERTY
- TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, SIDNEY M. GILBERT and PAULINE ACKLEY, have been
appointed as co-guardians of t~e person and property of OLIVE B.
GILBERT, incompetent, and have taken the prescribed oath and
performed alI other acts necessary to qualify as such guardians;
_ NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned judge of the above
entitled court, declare SIDNEY M. GILBERT and PAULINE ACKLEY, duly
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as
co-guardians of the person and property of OLIVE B. GIL~

incompetent, with full power to have the care, custody; and control
of said incompetent, to administer the estate of said incompetent
~ according to law, and to take possession of and to hold, for the
benefit of said incompetent, all the property of said incompetent,
and of the rents, income, issues, and profits from it.
