. impairment or deteriaation d the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof, and shall keep the same and improtirements thereon
in good condition and repair. Mortgagor shall notify Mcxtgagee in writing with9n five (5~ days d any damage, or impairment
d the Mortgaged Property. Mortgagee may, at Mortgagee's discretion, have the Mortgaged PropeRy inspecfed at arry 6me
and Mortgagor shall pay all costs ir~curred by Mortgagee in executing such inspection.
