evidenced by che Contract, with interest and upon the teras as provided therein, the final

provides that all installments of principal and interest are payable at the office of Z~lortgagee,

the payment of the Contract, and that if default be made in the payment of a~y installment
thereunder and that if such default is not made good in accordance With the teras of the Con-
tract, that the entire principal sum and accrued, earned interest shall become due and payable
wi.thout notice at the option of the holder thereo~; and ahall perforw and comply vith each ~nd
every stipulation, agreement and covenant of the Conttact and of this Hortgage, then this
~ortgage and the estate hereby created ehall be void, otherwise the same shall remain ia full

Should any of the above covenants be broken then the Contract and all moneys secured
hereby shall,Without demand,if the Mortgagee eo elect, at once become due and payable and thie
ewrtgage may be foreclosed, and all costs and expenses pf collection and reasonable attoraeys~
fees, including costs, expenee~ and reasonablg artorneys' fees, including costs, expenaes and
reasonable attorneys' feea on appeal, if collected by Zegal proceedinga or through an attorney
at laW, shall be paid by the Naker, and the same are hereby secured..
