The plaintiff, Bruce L. Staley, and the defendants,
Tree~weet Products Co. and ~Jwens Florida Partners III, Ltd., move
for an order of this Court vacating and setting aside the default
entered against the fendants on July 30, 1987. The parties
also move for rder of this Court ordering that the answer
filed by e efendants stand as the answer to the complaint.
