THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the Motion
of the Defendants to dismiss the Complaint, and the Court having
considered the same, hearing the arguments ~f counsel, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGFD that the Motion to Dismiss is granted
and t~~e Plaintiff is granted leave to File an Amended Complaint
within fifteen (15) days and the Defendants shall file their
respanses within fifteen (15) days of the service of the Am~nded .
Com~laint.
