THIS CAUSE, having come before this Court on October 7,
1987, upon the Court's Pre-trial Conference Order, the Court
having heard argument of counsel, and being fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion for
Continuance of Trial be and is hereby deni~d and it is further
• ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court's Pre-Trial Order
shall be readopted in accordance with the new trial date and it
is further
ORDERED AND ADJi3DGED that Defendant's IME examination
by Jack Barrett, M.D., shall take place as currently scheduled.
