2. That he is the grantee and ane of the grantors in that certain
Warranty Deed recorded in 0. R. Book 343, page 1709, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, and througii a scrivner's error, the words "his wife" ~
were not inserted after DEBOKAH LEE JOHNSON'S name; that in fact he and said
DEBCttAH LEE JOHNSON were husband and wife on October 22, 1980, the day said
deed was executed by us, and we remained husband and wife until March 9, 19$1
the date of our divorce.
