and the distribution of my Estate shall be governed by the
laws of the State of Florida, no matter where I may be found
at the time of my death.
ARTICLE II
I direct that al-1 my just debts, including expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses, be paid by my Personal
Representatives hereinafter named. I direct that any and all
legacy, succession, inheritance, estate, transfer or death
taxes imposed and charged against my Estate by reason of any
State, Federal or other laws now or hereafter in effect, shall
be paid by my Persnnal Representatives from my Estate.
ARTICLE III
I direct that I be cremated and my ashee be disposed
