1. Petitfoners have an interest in the above estate as
heirs-~at-law and named Personal Representatives of the estate.
Petitioners' names and addre~ses are ROBERT S. ARMSTRONG, JR.,
2632 River Road, Manasquan, IVew Jersey 08736 . and LINDA C.
PIETSCH, 1127 Church Street, Manasquan, N.J. 08736 and the name and
address of Petitioners' attorney are set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, ROBERT S. ARMSTRONG, whose last known
address was 10725 South Highway AIA, Jensen Beach, Florida 34957,
and, if known, whose age was 73 and whose social security number
is 114-09-1640, died on July 29, 1987, at Manasquan, New Jersey,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.

of this estate and of the decedent's surviving spouse, if any,
their addresses and relationship to deeedent, and the ages of any
