5. R08ERT S. ARMSTRONG, JR. and LINDA C. PIBTSCH~ whose
addresses are aet forth in para~graph 1 above, and who are
qualified under the laws of the. Stat~ of Florida to serve as
Co-Personal Representatfves of the decedent's estate are entitled
to preference in appointment as Co-Pereonal Representatives
because they are the named Co-Personal Representatives under the
decedent's Last Will.
6. The nature and aFproximate value of the assets in
this estate are real property, personal property, and
securities and cash having an estimated value of over
$100, 000.00.
7. This estate will be required to file a Federal
Estate Tax Return.
8. The original o£ the decedent's Last Will dated
i September 26, 1980, and wftnessed by Richard Wright and Janet A.
~ Cairney, accompanies this petition. Under Article NINTH of the
Will, the decedent directed that no bond be required of the
Personal Representatives named therein.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
! Petitioners request that the decedent's Will be admitted
to probate and that they be.appointed Co-Personal Representatives
: of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have read
the foregoing, and the facts alleged are true, to the best of our
k~owledge and belief.
