~ I, ROBERT 3. AftM3TAONa, SR., residing at 2535 River Road in the
Township of Wall, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, being of sound mind, ~

memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revokir~ any and all Wills or Codieils by me heretofore
made.
FIRST: I order and direet the payment of all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after . my death as may be convenient. I request that I be
buried in Greenwood Cemetery at Brielle, New Jersey.
SSCOND: I direct that all transfer, estate or inheritance taxes, including
any interest and penalties thereon, imposed by any taxing authority on any property
whieh I may own and on any trust, gift, insuranee, annuity, joint property or transfer,
includable as a part of my taxable estate, shall be paid as an administretion expense
out of my residuary estate, without epportionment ageinst the legetees, devisees,
benefieiaries, donees or transferees thereof.
THIRD: I devise all of my right, title and interest in Lot Number 12,
Block Number 211-B, Brick Township, Ocean County, New Jersey, to my son, KOBEftT
S. ARMSTRONG, JR.

FOURTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real or
personal artd wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my said son, AOBBRT
S. AftMSTRONG, JR., and my daughter, LINDA C. PIETSCH, IN TftUST NEVBRTHELESS,
to invest the same and pay the income arising therefrom to my wife, ELLEN M.
AftMSTRONG for and during her natural life in monthly or quarterly installments,
providing that my said wife shall survive me for a period of fifteen (15) days. I
further direct that my said 'I~ustee shall have the discretionary power to invade the
corpus of said trust in the event of inedieal, hospital or nursing home expenses for
my wife whieh she shall not have su~ficient assets of her own to defray. I direet
that my 'I~ustees shall serve without bc~nd. In the event that one of my Trustees shall
