die during administration of the trust or should either fail to qualify or having qualified
shall cease to serve, then I direct that the remaining Trustee shall serve individually.
FIFTH: In the event that my said wife shall not survive me for a period •
~ of fifteen (15) days so that the trust set forth in the preceeding paragraph sh~ll not
become effective, I dispose of all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real or personal and wheresoever situate, as follows:
A. I devise to my said son, ROBERT S. AKM3TRONG, JR., the real
property situate and known as 3555 Highway 34 in the Township of Wall, County of
Monmouth and State of New Jersey.
B. I devise all of my right, title and interest to 2535 River Road,
Wall Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey, to my said daughter, LINDA C. PIETSCH.
C. All of the rest of my residuary estate I give, devise and bequeath
in equal shares to my said son, ftOBEAT S. ARMSTRONG, Jft., and my said daughter,
LINDA C. PIETSCH.
~ D. In the event that either ROBERT S. ARMSTRONG, Jft., or LINDA
C. PIET3CH should predecease me, or should they die during the administration of the
trust hereinbefore set forth, then I direct that their respeetive shares shall pass to
their natural-born, and not adopted, children, ~er st~.
SIXTH: Upon the termination of the trust set forth in paragraph THIRD

above by the death of my said wife, I direct my Trustee to convey the real property '
described in Article FIFTH above, to my said son, ROBERT S. AftMSTR,ONG, Jft., and
the balanee of said trust fund and any unexpended income shall be equally divided
between my said son, ROBERT S. AftMSTftONG, JR., and my said daughter, LINDA
I C. PIETSCH.
3EVENTH: If any part of my estate would otherwise be payable or
distributable to a minor or minors, my Trustees shall hold as a separate trust the
property to which ttse minor is entitled, upon the following terms and conditions:
