~ A. My Trustees are authorized in their sole and absolute diseretion at
any time and from time to time to pay to or apply for the benefit of such minor
first fcom the net income ~nd then from the prineinal of such trust (even to the point
of completely exhausting the same) such amaunts as they may deem advisable to
provide adequately for the health, support and edueation oi such minor either direetly
or by making paymer?t or distribution thereof to the guardian or other legal represen- ~
tative, wherever appointed, or to any person on the minor's behalf, until such minor ~
attains the age of majority, aecumulating any ineome not so paid or applied and ~

annually adding the sarr~e to principal, and when such minor shall atta.in the age of

ma~ority, my Trustees shall distribute ta sueh minor the balance of principal of his or ~
her share then held hereunder, together with any aecumulated income thereon, or in ~

case such minor shall die before distrlbution of all the property held in trust for his

or her benefit, to the Executor or admirustrator of such minor, the reeeipt of the 4
person or persons to whom any sueh payment or distribution is so made being sufficient ~ i
discharge therefor. ~
B. My Trustees under this Article shall have all the powers and

authority conferred upon my Trustees by Artiele EIGHTH of this Will. _

For the purpases of this Will, the term "minor" is intended to include :

~ any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years.

! EIGHTH: In additi~n to all powers conferred by law, my Exeeutocs and
~ Trustees and any successor or successors in office, shall exercise in reasonable ~iscretion
the following powers which shall extend to all prineipal and ineome held hereunder in
any capaeity or for any purpose (including accumulated ineome and property vested in
a minor) until the final and outright distribution thereof:
A. To retain, temporarily or permanently, eny or all real or personal
property owned by me at the time of my deeth, not specifically devised or k~queathed,
in the form in whieh it then exists;
