assets as they may seleet, and in such proportions as they may select;
F. To cause any property at any time held by my estate to be registered
in his name, with or without offieisl designation, or In the name of a nominee or
nominees;
G. Ta exercise any election or option in connection with the compu-
tation of Federal estate tax and Federal income tax liabilities on my estate without
being required to make any adjustment between principal and income on account of
any sueh electiori or optIon;
H. To borrow maney, including from any fiduciary hereunder, for
pu-r~~es of administering the estate without personel liabilities for such loans and to
pledge or mortgage assets of the estate to secure such losns;
I. To remove assets from or to hold them outside any jurisdictlon to
which my fidueiary is aceountable;
J. To renew, assign, alter, extend, compromise, release, with or without
consideration, or submit to arbitration, obligations or elaims, including taxes, held by
or asserted against them or which affect estate or trust assets;
• K. Generally to exercise in good faith and with reasonable eare all
investment and administrative powers and diseretions of an absolute owner whieh may
lawfully be conferred upon a fiduciary.
NINTN: I appoint ROBERT 3. AftMSTftONG, JR., and LINDA C. PIETSCH
as Co-Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament, and as Trustees of the trust
set forth In Article SEVENTH of this Will. In the event that either ftOBEftT S.
AftMSTRONG, JK., or LINDA C. PIETSCH shall fail to qualify or as Executor or
Trustee under this Will, or, having qualified, shall eease to serve for any reason, then
either ftOBERT S. A8M8TRONG, JB., or LINDA C. PIETSCH shall serve individually
in the capacity of Executor or Trustee without the necessity of appointment of another
Executor or Trustee. I direet that my Executc~rs and Trustees shall not be required
