WHEREAS, ROBERT S. ARMSTRONG, SR. anci LINDA C.
PIETSCH, have been appointed Co-Personal Representatives of the
estate of the decedent and have performed all acts prerequisite to
issuance of Letters of Administration in the estate,
NOW, THER£?FORE, I, the undersiqnec~ Circuit Judge,
~eclare ROBERT S. ARMSTRONG, JR. and LINDA C. PIETSCH to be duly
qualified under the laws of the State of E'lorida to act as
Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of ROBERT S. ARMSTRONG,
