grandson. Petitioner's name and address are CLIFFORD L. MINUS,

address of petitioner's attorney are set farth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, WILLIE B. MINUS, whose last known
address was 426 North llth Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450,~

and, if known, whose age was 91 and whose social security number

is 266-05-3341 died on June 11, 1987 at Ft. Pierce, Florida, and
at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate and of the decedent's surviving spouse, if any,
