A. If I leave any memorandum aigned and dated by me
and which is found with my Will, wh3ch dfaposes of any of my ~
ta~gible personx~l property, then I direct my peraonal
repreeentative to distribute that tangible peraonal property in
accordance with the memorandum to those beneficiaries named in it
who survive me.
B. Any tangible personal property not eEfectively
disposed of by thie memorandum shall become a part of the residue

of my estate.

If any of my named children Fail to survive me and die
with surviving issue, I give the share to which such child wou].d

have been entitled had he or she survived me, to his or her
surviving issue, in equal shares. by right of reprssentation.
I f any of my named ehildren fail to survive me and die
without surviving issue, I give the share or shares to which they
would have been entitled had they survived me, in equal shares,
