direct that no bond shall be required of either of them w2lile
serving as my personal representative.
. ARTICLE VIII
The personal representatives named in this Will and
their successors and parties serving in their steac~, shall be
governed by the provisions of Secti~n 733.612 and 737.402; and '

Chapter 738, Florida Statutea 1979. that are not in conflict with
this ins~rument, and shall have all additional powers and
prote etion granted by atatute to them at the time of application
that are not in con ~lict with this instrument. In addition and
n ot in limitation of any common-law or any statutory authority,
and without application to any Court, they shall follow the
directions hereafter given and shall have the powers anci
responsibilities described below to be exercise.d in their
absolute discretion.
( a) W i th regard to bot2t real and per sonal
property, for the purpose of obtaining fun~ds
for the payment of taxes, elaims anci costs of
the aclministration, payment of bequests, and
making distributions, conver-sion into cash,
management of the property and for every
other proper purpoee, they may acquire, sell,
borrow, mortgage, pledge, transfer, and
convey in such manner and on such terms
without limit as to time as they may deem
advisable, even for the terms beyond the
; e xpe eted administL ation of my estate, and no
purchaser or Iender shall be helc~ liable to
see to the propriety of the transaction or to
the application of the proceeds.
(b) To pay expenses that are reasonable for
the delivery of gifts made by this Will.
(c) To pay any pledge to a charity made by me
~ in writing if in the judgment of the personal
r epre sen tative I would want the pledge paid. ~
(d) The distribution of a gift to a donee who
is a minor at the time of distribution shall ~
be made to the Custodian for the minor under ~ j
the Florida Gifts to Minors Act. If there is ~
n one , the Custod ian sha 11 be appointed by the !
~ personal representative, and any party
; serving as personal representative may be
~ appointed as Custadian.
