estate tax return.
8. Domiciliary probate proceedings are known to be
pending in another state or county. Letters have been issued
by Register of Wills for the County of McKean in the CQmmonwealth ~
of Pennsylvania, to Joyce W. Parks whose address is reflectecl in
Item 1. herein.
9. An authenticated copy of the decedent's will probat~d.
in St. Lucie County and of so much of the domiciliary proceedings
as required by Section 734.102 of the Florida Probate Code and
Rule 5.470 of the FZorida R~les of Probate and Guardianship
Procedure accompanies this petition or has been filed.
10. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 9.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that Joyce W. Parks be appointed personal represent
ative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
