her with improvements thereon-1977 trailer

' ~ 3. Petitioner considers that it is for the best

~ interests of the estate and those interested in it that the
real property described be sold at the price and upon th~ terms
~ offered for the reason that the aforesaid real estate is the only
~ ~ asset of the estate in the State of Florida, and the sole benefic-
~ iary is a resident of another state and has no desire to retain
~ ~ the said property.
