HomeMy WebLinkAbout0966 ~55259 q i AMENDMENT TO DBCLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR ~ BREAKERS LANDING CONDOMINIUM ~ THIS AMENDMENT being made by Robert Nelson, the Developer of BREAKERS LANGiNG i.vivi,~~iINIU~I, is being made for ~he purposes of correcting the legal description and the Boundary Survey specifically set forth in Official Records Book 492, Pages 791 and 792 contained in the D~claration of Condominium for Breakers Landing Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 492, Paqes 7b0 through 872, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. (x~~ ~ ly~y--~3~- W I T N E S S E T H: That Robert Nelson, the Developer of BREAKERS LANDING - CONDOMINIUM hereby amends the legal description and Boundary Survey shown as Sheets 1 and 2 of 58 respectively in Declaration o~ ~ondominium Exhibit A located at Official Records Book 492, Pages 791 and 792, respectively contained in the Declaration of Condominium for Breakers Lanaing Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 492, at Pages 760 through 872, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to provide the corrected legal description as more fully set forth in Exhibit A to this Amendment and the corrected Boundary Survey as more fully set forth as Exhibit B to this Amendment. This Amendment has been prepared and submitted in accordance with Article 9.07 of the Declaration of Condominium for ~ Breakers Landing Condominium,.which expressly authorizes and ~ reserves to the Developer the right to amend the Declaration in ; order to correct the legal description contained therein. ~ ~ . Further, in accordance with Rrticle 9.07 of the Declaration of Condominium for Breakers La~d~~.g ~ondaminium, the Deve 1 oper attaches an Af f idavit of the indiv idua 1 or individuals responsible for the original incorrect legal description, said Affidavit being shown as Exhibit C attached hereto.
