called the Mortgagee, the owner and holder of a Mortqage upon
the lands descr~bed therein, which Mortgaqe is dated the 18th
day of September 1984 and executed by Robert Ne 1 son in favor of
Broward Federal Savinqs and Loan Association, a Savings and
. Loan Association organized under the Laws of the United States
of American and filed for record on September 19, 1984 at 12s38
p.m. in Official Records Book 443, Page 2298, of the Public
Rec~rds of St. Lucie County, Florida in the oriqinal principal
amount of $5,500,000.00 AND the owner and holder of that E
certain Future Advance, Extension and Mortgage Modification
Agreement dated June 7, 1985 and executed by Robert Ne 1 son in
favor of Broward Federal Savings and Loan Association, a
Savings and Loan Association organized unde~ the Laws of the
United States of America, having been filed for record on June
il, 1985 at 8:39 a.m. in the Pub 1 ic Records of St. Lucie
~ounty, Fiorida 3n the amount of $2,500,000.04 recorded in
OfficiaZ Records Book~466, at Page 2954, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby join in the making of
the foregoing Amendment to Declaration of Condominium and the
Mortgagee agrees to the corrections of the 1Qga1 description
and the Boundary Survey set forth and containe~ `~~r~in.
