conclusive evidence in favor oE every person relyinq upon or

at the time of the delivery thereof the Trust created by this
Indenture and by said Trust Agreement was fn full force and effect,
(b) that such conveyance or other instrument was executec~ in
uicerdance with the trust conditions and limitations contained
herein and in said Trust Agreemen~ or in some amendment thereof and
binding upon all beneficiaries thereunder, and (c~ ~h~t said
Trustee(s) was duly authorized and empowered to ex~cute and deLiver
every such deed, trust deed, lease, mortgage or other instrum~nt.
E THE INTEREST of each and every beneficiary hereunder and of
~ all persons claiming undsr them or any of them shall be only in the
~ earnings, avails and proceeds arising from the sale or other
~ disposition of said real estate, and such interest is hereby
declared to be personal property. No bene~iciary hereunder shall
have any title or interest, legal or equitable, in or to said real
estate as such, but on~y an interest in the earnings, avails and
proceeds thereof as aforesaid.
FURTHER, Grantor(s) hereby covenant with said Grantee that the
GrantoX(s) are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
Grantox(s) have good right and lawful au~hority to sell and convey
said iand; that the Grantor(s) hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will deFend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever; that said land is Eree oF all encumbrances,
