c. The variance granted is the mi~imum variance that will
make possible the =eaeonable use of the land, building, or struc-
tures in that ~11 the requiremente of an agriculture zoning
district have been met escept the road frontsge requiremeat and ,
the recorded easement provided servea to alleviate that situa-
tion. .
d. The variance desired will not be opposed to the general
spirit and intent of the Zoning Ordinance or the St. Lucie County ~
Growth Management Policy Plan in that the allo~ed density iB one
dpelling unit per~acre and to data there are no dw~elling 'units
located on the 700+ acres.
NOi~T, THERBFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of
St. Lucie County, Florida, that Evans Properties, Inc. shall be
granted a variance to place a mobile home on a parcel of land
lackang required road frontage in AG (Agricultural) zoning as an
accessory to productive agricultural operations for the property
~ described above. This variance will not be valid for a period
~longer than twelve months from the date the resolution is adopted
unless a building permit is issued prior to the expiration of
that twelve month period. ' -
