. c. The variance granted is the mini.mum variance that will
make possible the reasonable use of the land, buildi~g, or struc-
tures in that the property contains no public road frontage and
the request is the minimwn necessary to obtain a buildfng permit
for one dwelling, wriich is fihe maximum allo~rable under the zoning
. and land use regulations applicable to this parcel.
d. The variance desired v~ill not be opposed to the general
~ spirit and intent of the Zoning Ordinance or the St. Lucie County
Growth Management Policy Plan in that the request v~ould alloN a
reasonable use of property and the zoning o=di.nance allows auch a
use on non-conforming lots of record subject to proof of legal
ingress and egress. ~

St. Lucie County, Florida, that Bennett Richardson shall be
granted a variance to construct a single family dwelling lacking
. required road frontage on a non-conforming lot of record in RE-2
(Residential, Estate - 2 du/ac) zoning for the property described
above. This variance will not be valid for a period longer than
twelve months from the date the resolution~is adopted unless a
building permit is issued prior to the expiration of that twelve
month period. ~ .
