FINAL JUDGMENT SUBSEQUENT TO DEFAULT
This cause coming on the motion of the Plaintiff, GLEN
BLACKBURN TRUCKING, INC. d/b/a CARLTON PAVING, for Final Judgment
Subsequent to Default and the Court finding that a default was
entered against the Defendant, A.J.T. CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION on
October 16, 1987; that the amounts due the Plaintiff are liqui-
~ dated and the amount have been proved by Affidavits f ile'd herein
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUI)GED that the Plaintiff GLEN BLACKBURN TRUCKING,
- INC. d/b/a CARLTON PAVING shall have and recover from the

~ Defendant, A.J.T. CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, the sum of $3,488.55
