any lot other than a one fartiily mobile homa of ~ot less than forty-five (45)
feet and one attached carport or garage for not more than two cars and one
attached Florida room, and ~o more than one out building. .
B. NUISANCES
No noxtous or offensive activtties shall be carred on any lot, or
shall any thtng be done thereon which may become an annoyance or nuisance to
_ the ~eighborhood. Al1 owners of lots shall. maintain their property in such _
man~er so as not to create health or fire hazzards or to leave any lots in
an unsightly condition.
C. LIVESTOCK ANp POULTRY
No animals, Iivestock or poultry of any'kind shail be ratsed, bred -
or kept on any lot except that dogs, cats or any other household pets may be
• kept prov~ded they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any camiercial Qur-
pose. Dogs shatl not be allowed to run laose.

No lot shall be used or maintained as a dump.ing ground for refuse or
trash. Garbage or other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers with a
tight fitting cover. Ali incinerators or other equipment for the storage
or disposal of such materiai shail be kept in a clean and,sanitary condition.

more than 2 cars parked on premtses at any given time, ex~lusive of guests.

No lot may be fenced, except with chain link fence and metal post.

No mobile home may be placed on a lot unless it is tied down in compliance
with the insurance code and laws of the State of Ftorida. •
