WITN~SSETH, that the Grantor, actinq under the power and authority
granted to him as personal representative under the Last Will and Testament '
of Mary L. Hope admitted to probate in St. Lucie County, Florida, for the
sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS to him in hand paid, does hereby yr~nt,
bargain, sell and convey unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns -
forever, the land situate in the County of St. Lucie and the State of

thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 27 and 27A through 27F, of

the year 1987 and subsequent.
Together with all and singular tMe tenaments, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, which the said Mary L.~
Hope, Deceased, had at the time of his death, in and to the said premises.

assigns forever.
