THIS INDENTURE, made this 5th day of November 1987,
between RADNOR/PLANTATION CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation
thereinafte~ referred to as "Grantor")= and Thomas K. Strange and
Martha Strange, his wife,whose post office address is
