Florida Statutes, in f~vor of any country, city, town, village or
port author~ty for u~paid service charges for service by a water
system, sewer ~system or qas system serving the lands described
therei~. . ~
13. All aqreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and e~sements of record; if any, which may now
affect the afore-described property.
The Grantor for itself, its successors and assiqns warran'ts ~
the above-described and hereby rPleased premises, and every part
and parcel thereof, with the appur~enances unto the Grantee,
Grantee's hefrs and assiqns, aqainst the said Grantor and against
all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or
