BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
JUAN P. LOUMIET, who being by me first duly cautioned and sworn,
deposes and says:
1. I am a partner of The WJMP Partnership, a Florida
general partnership.
2. The only two_general partners of The WJMP Partnership
are Juan P. Loumiet and W. M. Greenwood.
~ 3. Both partners have approved the sale of Unit 103 of .
The Miramar Condominium to Myron T. Howard and Lillian
Lee Howard for the sum of $75,000.00.
4. Under the terms of the Partnership Agreement, either of
the two partners is authorized to execute alone the
warranty deed and any other documents necessary to
close the sales transaction.
