THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the complaint for
damages filed by the Plai~tiff here~n, and a default having been
entered against the Defendant, GEORGE B, WII~SON, for failure to
f ile any responsive pleadi~gs to the complaint, and the Court
having been otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, does have and recover a final judgment against the
Defendant, GEORGE B. WILSON, in the sum of $6,294.44, together
with court costs in the sum of $75.50 and a reasonable attorney's
` fee of $ 7,50 OQ? , for a total sum of $ 7~ R, 9y , for
all of which let execution issue.
