~ TNIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the foregoing Stipulation and the Court
being fuity advised in the premises it is
ORDERED that the Defendant's Motion for Physicai Examination of the Plaintiff
be and the same is hereby granted, and the Plaintiff, pF~;~y A~ 8~«~ " ,
shall prese~t himself/herseif for physical examination by a physician and at a time
to be agreed upon between the parties. If agreement cannot be reached as to the
examining physician, the Court wiil make a further ruling on this particular issue.
