This cause came on to be heard after default against the
defendant FOUAD ADIB KHALIFE and it is hereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The title of plaintiffs, NORMAN ZLINKOFF and ESTHER
ZLINKOFF, his wife, to the following described real property in ~
Saint Lucie County, Fiorida:
Lot 27, Block 1485, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 16,
as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 18,
Page 7, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;

i is a good title against the claims or purported claims of defendant,

~ under defendant since the filing of the Notice of Lis Pendens;
