The above cause came to be heard on Tuesday, October
6, 1987, upon Plaintiff's Motion to enjoin the a~tions of
Defendant, MARR HUMPAREY. After hearing argument of counsel,
a~d reviewing materials subtnitted, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said motion is granted as
follows :
_ (1) Both TERRY MATTHEWS and MARK AUMPHRFY are enjoined
from harassinq, molesting or interf ering with the lives of

' the other.

; (2) MARR HUMPHREY is not to harass or molest the daughter
~
' of Plaintiff, TERRY MATTHEWS.
(3) Both TERRY MATTHLWS and MARK HUMPHREY are not to
enter on the property where the ottier resides.
If any of the above acts are committed by either
TERRY MATTHEWS or MARK NUMPHREY, in the presence of a deputy,
the violating party shall be arrested and held for a hearing
~
at that time. If violation of the above order is committed
outside of the presence of a deputy, the victim of the
violation shall have a hearing before this Court to determine
the rights of the violator immediately.
