FOR COMPULSORY PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OF PLAINTIFF
Based upon an agreement between eounsel for the respeetive
parties and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion requiring
the Plaintiff, ANNE MeEACHEN, to submit to a Compulsory Physical
Examination by a specialist in the orthopedic field is granted.
The Plaintiff is hereby required to forthWith submit to a
physieal examination by John B. Sullivan, M.D., an orthopedic
physician located at 2215 Nebraska Avenue~ Suite 3B, Fort Pieree,
~I, Florida, on January 20, 1987 at 11:00 a.m.
