8 TItANSFER OF THE PROPBRTY OR A BENEFICIAL INTLREST IN BORAOWER
Uniform Covenant 17 of` the Security Instrumeat is amend~d to s+ead as follows:

Securiry Instrument to be immediately due aad payable. However, this option ahaU aot be esercised by I.endt~ if

- If Lender exerases auch option to auoelerate, Lend~r ahall mail Borrower noua of acoelerau~a in aooordance with
r paragraph 14 hercof. Such notia shall provide a peciod of not tcss than 30 daya from the date the aotia is a~Wed
within which Bornowor may pay the aums declared due. If Bomower fails to pay such sums prior to the e~cpiration of
~ such per~d, Lender may, without further aoda or demand on Borrower, iavoke~ any remedies permitted by
para~raph 18 heroof.
