A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS "A" MOBILE
HOME AS A DETACHED SINGLE-FAMILY
DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-5 (AGRICULTURAL - 5
- I DU/5 ACRES) ZONING DISTRICT IN ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA
tEAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
~tions:
John and Cindy McMillin presented a petition to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as
a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5 (Agricultural I du/5 acres)
Zoning District for the property described below.
On September 18, 2001, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after
publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within
500 feet of the subject property.
The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St.
Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set
forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
Florida:
The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of
John and Cindy McMillin to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family
Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows:
Section 15, Township 37 South, Range 38 East; Lot3, Hennis Acres
Subdivision, According to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1252 at
Page 1049, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (5.79 AC)
(TAX I.D. NO. 4215-600-0003-000/5).
(Location: 11090 Carlton Road, approximately 3,880 feet north of the
intersection of Carlton Road and Glades Cut-Off Road)
is consistent with the requirements of Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code, and is hereby approved.
A copy of this resOlution shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Community
Development Director.

The St. Lucie County Community Development Director is hereby authorized and directed to
cause a notation to be made on the Official Zoning Map of St. Lucie County, Florida, and to
make reference to the date of adoption of this resolution.
After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as follows:
