AFFIDAVIT
BEFORB MB, the undersigned authority, personally appeared MICHABL C.
TAUSCH, who apon being duly sworn, deposes and states:
1. That I am ~n attorney licensed to praetiee law in the State of Florida.
2. That I act as counsel for the estate ~of Gerardo Riesgo who died in Madrid,
Spain on Oetober 12, 1985.
3. That, on information and belief, the said Gererdo Riesgo wes also known as
~ Gerardo 8iesgo del Campo and that he wes married to Maria ltiesgo who is a;s known as

4. This Affidavit is made with knowledge of the penalties for perj y and for the
. purpose of clearing titla to the following-described property, to wit:
Lots 6 and 7 in Block 1581 of PORT ST. LUCIS SBCTION 30, a Sub-
division aecording to the Piat thereof, reeorded in Plat Book 14,
Page 10, of the Public Becords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
