ORDER REVALIDATING SUBPOENA~
It appears to the Court that this case will not be
tried during the week(s) of December 7, 1987, and theretore,
has been specially reset for the week beginning January 4,
1988, and the Court being fully advised in the premises it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all witnesses who have been
served with a subpoena for trial in this cause are ordered to
remain under the power of their respective su~poenas and to
. appear before this Court on January 4, 1988, or on whatever
date the trial of this cause actually commences, to testify in
the captioned cause, and th~re will be no need for the issuance
of further subpoenas to compel the attendance of th2se
witnesses at the designated time and place. The plaintiffs and
.
defendants are authorized to mail copies of the Order to th~
~
witnesses presently subject to subpoenas of this Court in the
. captioned case. This Order shall constitute an amendment of
those subpoenas.
