LUCIE COUNTY GROWTH MAIdAGEMENT POLICY PLAN, ORDINANCE NO. 89-97 PROPOSING CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF KINGS HIGHWAY AND INDRIO ROAD (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM SU (SEMI-URBAN) TO RL (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT) AND RM (RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DEVELOPMENT) WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has mad~ the following determinations: 1. Indrio Estates Limited Partnership presented a petition to amend the future land use classification set forth in the St. Lucie County Growth Management Policy Plan from SU (Semi-Urban) to RL (Low Density Residential Development) and RM (Residential Medium Density Development) for the property described as : follows: PLAN AMENDMENT FROM SU TO RL I 3i~ - 3~/ D«~ ' C~~' ' The East 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, ? Township 345, Range 39 E, less and excepting the ~ following: ~ ~ 1.
