RESOLUTION NO. 87-268
A RESOLUTION DENYING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
ST. LUCIE COUNTY GROWTH MAIdAGEMENT POLICY
PLAN, ORDINANCE NO. 89-97 PROPOSING CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF KINGS HIGHWAY AND INDRIO ROAD
(MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN)
FROM SU (SEMI-URBAN) TO RL (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT) AND RM (RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DEVELOPMENT)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, has mad~ the following determinations:
1. Indrio Estates Limited Partnership presented a petition
to amend the future land use classification set forth in the St.
Lucie County Growth Management Policy Plan from SU (Semi-Urban)
to RL (Low Density Residential Development) and RM (Residential
Medium Density Development) for the property described as :
follows:

The East 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, ?
Township 345, Range 39 E, less and excepting the ~

point of beginning; from said P.O.B. running south on a
back angle of 90° 40' a distance of 715 feet, then west
330', then north 90~ 40' 715 feet, then east 330 feet ;
to the P.O.B. ~
2, The south 808.~5 feet of the north 828.7 feet of ~
the east 628.75 feet of the west 699.75 feet of the NW
1/4 of said SW 1/4.
3. Road and canal rights of way.
