Ivlaker has the right io prepay this note, in whole or in part, without penalty at any time upon the payment ot accrued and past due ~
intorest and charges to date o( prepayment plus a servics iee in the amount of the tesser of $50.00 or 2 perceM ot the ~rincipal ~
amount ot this loan (Amount Financed), provided, however, that any partial prepayme~t ai principal shall be applied to the installmen~
or installments ot principal last maturing hereunder.
7he amounts ~e(erred to above have been computesi upon the assumption that all installment payments will be made on the ;
respective scheduled due dates. Interest accrues on the unpaid outstanding principal aalance. It a~y installment is not pai d in tu l l on E
the due date, Maker will be obligated to pay such addiY~onal amounts as may become payable by ~eason ot the continuing accrual ot <<
interest at the rate designated above. Any resulting charges accruing on account oi tailure fo make timely payment on the due dates
will cause increases in some af the amounts designated above. Any installment payment made prior to any due date or dates, or a~y
prepayment, may cause decreases in some oi the amounts designated above (or the ~eason that the unpaid outslanding principal ~
balance will be reduced and the interest rate designated above is applied to such reduced outstanding balance to determine the amount
of interest that is due.
If Bank deems itself insecure, or upon the happening ot any of the tollawing events, each of which shall constitute a defautt
hereunder, all liabilities o( each Maker to Bank shall thereupon or thereafter, at the option of Bank, without notice or demand, become
due and payable: (a) tailure ot any Obligor (which term shall mean and include each Maker, endorser, surety and guarantor ot this
note) to perform any provision of any security agreement or mortgage securing the repayment hereof, to pay interest hareon when
due, or to pay any other liability whatsoever to Bank when due; (b) the death of any Obligor; (c) the tiling of any petition under the
• Bankruptcy Code, or any similar federal or state statute by or against any Obligor; (d) an application for the appointment ot a receiver
or the making of a general assignment tor the benetit ot creditars by, or the insolven~y of, any Obligor; (e) th~ entry oi a judgment
against any Obligor; (n the issuing ot any writ of attachment or writ of garnishment, or the filing oi any lien, against any property o(
any Obligor; (g) the taking oi possession of any substantial part ot the property of any Obligor at the instance of any governmental
authoriry; (h) ti~e dissolutio~, merger, consolidation or reorganization ot any Obligor; or (i) the assignment by any Maker ot any equity
in the real property which is security tor this note, except as is permitted unde~ the terrns oi the mortgage, without the prior writien .

In addition to the mortgage securing this loan, Maker hereby grants to 8ank a security interest in all property of Maker now or
at any time hereafter in the possession ot Bank in any capacity whaisoever, inctuding but not limited to, any balance or share Qi any
deposit, trust, or agent accounl, as security ior the payment ot this note, and a similar lien upon and security interest in all such
property of each Maker as security for the payment of all other liabilities of each Maker to Bank (including all liabilities ot each Maksr).
• The Obligors, jointty and severally, promise and aqree to pay all costs and expenses ot collection and reasonable attorneys'
fees, whether incurred in connection with collection, trial, appeal or otherwise.
Presentment, demand, protesi, notice ot dishonor, and extension oi time without notice are hereby waived by each and every ~
Obligor.
Maker acknowledges receipt oi a completed copy oi this note and mo~tgage on the above date.
