A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS "A" MOBILE
HOME AS A DETACHED SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING
UNIT IN THE AG-5 (AGRICULTURAL - 1 DUI5 ACRES)
ZONING DISTRICT IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
REAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on
.~stimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the
ling determinations:
Robert T. Ryan and Walter P. Ryan presented a petition to Define a Class
"A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5
(Agricultural - 1 dui5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below.
On May 16, 2000, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after
publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of
property within 500 feet of the subject property.
The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of
the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of
review set forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.

The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the

Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows:
THE NORTH % OF THE NORTH % OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST % OF
SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 38 EAST. LESS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
FOR SNEED ROAD AND LESS THE NORTH 37 FEET ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. (8.68 AC) (TAX I.D. NO. 2228-411-0000-
ooo/5).
(Location:
West side of Sneed Road, approximately 2.5 miles north of
Okeechobee Road)
