, THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on December 28, 1987, on the Former
I Wife's Motion for Clarification. The Court having beard testimony of the

parties, and the parties having agreed to_stipulate to the entry of this order,
; it is hereby, _
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~
1. The For-mer Husband is indebted to the Former Wife the sum of
~ '
5600.00 plus accrued interest of 1896 f or a two (2) year period. '~he parties
stiputate said interest to total 5216.00. ,
( 2. The Former Husband is further indebted to the Formcr Wife in the
~ amount of 5561.00 for a stereo souad system.

~ 3. The Former Husband stipulates and agrees that he is indcbted to the
~ ~
Former Wife a total sum~ of 51,377.00. ,
~ 4. At the present time the Former Wife is making chiid suppart
payments in thc amount of 520.00 per week. Said amount is currently being
paid through~ the Clerk of the Court. The parties stipulate and agree that all
- future paymeats sh~li be paid directly° to the Former Husband.
S. The Former Husband hercby agrees to credit the Former Wife with

' sixty-eight (68) weeks of chiid support payments commcncing the week of
~ December 25, 1987.
