ORDBR
THIS CAUSE having come before me for hearing on
November 23, 1987, on the former Wife's Petition for Modification '
and the Court having heard testimony, argument of counsel, and
being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Final Judgment previously entered in
the above matter and dated the 23rd day of July~ 1979, is hereby
modified as follows:
1. Arlene~Soloway a/k/a Arlene Howe and Joseph Soloway
shall have shared parental responsibility of the child, Derek
Soloway, age 14, born May.30, 1973 such that the parties ahall
,jointly shere in a12 major decigions and responsibilities affecting '
the welfere, health and well-being of said child. Primary physical
residence of Che child ahall be with the mother, Atlene Soloway ~

f a/k/a Arlene Howe.

t Neither party is to conceal the wheteabouts of Che child
~
from the other party. The former Husband, Joseph Soloway is hereby
ewarded reasonable visitation rights with the child. Neither parent
is to da anything which would hamper the love and respect of the
child for the other parent. In the future, ahould the parties be
unable to agree as to reasonable visitation then this Court's
atandard visitation schedule (a copy of which is attached hereto)
ehall sutomatically come into effect. -
~ 2. Arlene Soloway, a/k/a Arlene Howe sha11 be required
henceforth and until further order of this CourC to waintain
