testimony from the mother that she presently has such coverage ~
for the child. Each party shall pay one haif of ell medical
expenaes not covered by such ineurence including the deductible
amount thereof and each party shall be responsible for payment
for one half each of all reasonable and necessary dental expenses
~ for the child.
3, Each party ehall keep the other party as well as
the Clerk of this Court informed of a current residence address and
r telephone numbe~c at all times while this order is .in effect.
4. The Court hereby awards to the attorney for the _
former Wife an attorney'e fee against the former Husband of Five
hundred dollars ($500.00) to be paid by~-the for~er Husband directly
to the attorney for the former Wife, Emory C. Teel, III, Post
Office Box 1750,~Fo~t Pierce, Florida 34954, together with Court
costs of $85.05, to be paid on or before January 15, 1988.
5. Commencing the 27th day of November, 1987, the former
Husband shall pay to the former Wife, the sum of fifty~dollars
($50.00) per week for support for the child, Derek Soloway, age 14,
, born May 30, 1973, said payments to be paid on Friday of each week
thereafter until the child reaches majority age, marries, dies, or
becomes self-supporting, whichever first occurs. Each payment shall
be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptlq to
Arlene Soloway a/k/a Arlene Howe. In addition~ he is hereby assessed
the sum of One dollar ($1.00} as atatutory co~ts to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or eashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their meiling and residence
address at all times while this order is_in effect.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED th~t both parties ahall promptly
notify the Clerk of Cour.t of all changes in his or her mailing and
residence address and all changes in the name and address of his or
' her employer.
Pursuant to Florida Statutes $409.2574 (Supp.), the
employer o£ Joseph Soloway is hereby ordered to deduct, on a .
periodic b~sis~ from the income due Joseph Soloway child support
