return 7:00 P.M. on foll.owing Sunday. Wednesdays--5:00 P.M.
to 7:00 P.M. on the week not havi~g~weekends.
Option Non-custodial parent--every other weekend--commencing
Friday immed~ately after school, retur~ing directly to the echool
Monday morqing.
2. HOLIDAYSs ~Bi-weekly visitation shall be superseded by the
foregoing designated holiday vacation periods. .

Friday beginning the school vacetion, returning 2:00 P.M.
Christmas Day. Non~custodial parent--oaa years--2:00 P.M.
Christmas Oay. retur~ing 7:00 P.M. Sunday prior to school
commencing the following Monday. -
b. Spring Vacation: parent--the entire spring
~ vacation. If Easter is at the beginning of the spring
vacation--2s00 P.M. Easter, returni[~g 7:00 P.M. the following
~Sunday. If Easter is at the end of the epring vacation, ~
~ returning 2:00 P.M. Easter Sunday. If Easter is not within
spring vacation, nan-custodial parent--2:00 P.M. Easter,
returning•7s00 P.M. If Easter falla on a weekend--pick up on
Friday, r.eturning 2:00 P.M. Easter Sunday. This prevails '
over regular weekend visitation. not to be made up. -
c. Thanksgiving: Odd years-- t--5:00 P.M. on
Wednesciay before Z'hanksgiving, returnfng Thanksgiving 2:00
P.M. ~Even years--non-custodial parent--2:00 P.M. on
Thanksgiving Day, returning 7:00 P.M. If Thanksgiving falls
on regular weekend visitatibn, then 5s013 P.M. Thanksgiving,
, returning 7:00 P.M. the following Sunday.

~ d. Mother's Day/Father's Days To be spent with appropriate
S . parent fram 10:00 A.M. to 7s00 P.M. This t8kes precedence
over weekend visitations, not to be made up.
e. Birthdays: Child shall celebrate his/her birthday in the
home of ttie custodisl parent. Non-custodial perent shall
have visitation from 5:00 P.M. to ~:00 P.M..on birthdays.
3. WAITING: The child and custodi:al parent c~ilX wait no more than 30
minut~s. A parent whe 3.~ late ( over 3(1 minutes 1 forfeits their right
of visitation for that period.
4. CANCELLATIdNSs Cencellation of visitation by efther parent for
weekends must be no later than 5:00 P.M. Wednesday before the weekend
period. Other cancellation is by 24 hour notic~. ~
5. SUMMER VACATION: Non-custodial parent--to begi~ one week after .
school ets out for six weeks. The custodfal parent will have one
- weekend during the six week period which will be the fourth weekend.
' In the event of cancellation of summer vacation, 30.days prior notice

a. If summer school is neces~ary for the child to pass to the
next grade, it must be attended. In the event of surr~ner .
school attendance, the summer vacation for non-custodial
parent will be adjusted to commence after the summer school.
