RIDER TO SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FINANCING STATEMENT

All goods, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, chattels and
personal praperty of wbatever nature owned by Debtor, now or
hereafter attached or affixed to or used in and about the
building or buildinga now erected or hereafter to be erected on
the tract of land descrfbed in Exhibit "A", and all ffxtures,
accessions and appurtenances thereto, and all renewals or
replacements of or substitutions for any of the foregoingf all
~ building materials and equipment now or hereafter delivered to
the said Property and intendec2 to be installed therein and all
security deposits end future rentals under lease agreements ~ow
~ or at any time hereafter executed covering or affecting•any of
the ProFerty and held by or for the benefit of the Debtors all
; monetary deposits which the Debtor has been required to give to
~ any Fublic or prfvate utility with respect to utflity services ~
~ furnished to the ProEertys all funds, accounts, inventory,
` instruments, documents, general intangibles (including
trademarks, ~race nan:es and symbols used in~connection
therewith), and notes or chattel paper owned by debtor, whether
or not related to or connected with the Progertyt all perrr:i~s,
licenses and other rfghts and privileges obtained in connection
with the Progerty (all of the said property previously
~ described in this paragraph will hereinafter be collectively
referred to as the "Collateral"); and all proce~ds of the
Collateral. (The term "Property" shall include the Collateral.)
