NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned condominium
association pursuant to the provisions of Section 718.116, Florida
Statutes. and the DeClaration of Condominium, hereinafter more
particularly identified, claims a lien for unpaid assessments and
interest thereon, together with a reasonable attorney's fee
incurred by the undersigned condominium association incident to the
collection of such assessments or enforcement of such lien, upon
real property~situate in St. Luice County, Florida, more

CONDOMIrIIUM, according to the Declar~tion of Condominium dated April 9,
1985, in Official Record Book 461, page 1184 to 1202, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
